Currently establishing itself as the specialist luxury experiential caterer in Delhi NCR, Virtuoso recently completed the complete F&B experience for La Esperienza Ferrari Delhi, organised by Ferrari APAC as one of the brand’s most exclusive client experiences in India. The event hosted 300 guests at Buddh International Circuit and required a level of concept development and execution precision that Virtuoso was built to deliver.
Unlike conventional catering, Virtuoso follows a concept-led F&B design approach. Every brief begins with the identity of the brand or occasion. The menu, presentation, service format, and guest interactions are all designed around the emotional language of the event. For La Esperienza Ferrari Delhi, the brief translated into a single creative constraint: exclusively Italian. Every element on the table, from the cuisine to the mineral water, was sourced from Italy. The experience was hosted at the paddock, a high-energy environment where guests moved continuously between sessions, cars, and conversations. Designing a hospitality experience that felt sleek, precise, and unhurried in that kind of environment required the same discipline Ferrari applies to its engineering. Nothing extraneous. Everything intentional.
This approach has enabled Virtuoso to build an exceptional automotive event portfolio within its first year. In addition to Ferrari APAC, the company has delivered luxury hospitality for Lamborghini, Tesla India, and BMW across Delhi NCR.
Virtuoso’s approach includes a mandatory food trial before every event. Every dish is evaluated against two criteria: visual appeal in the luxury event context and ease of consumption in a live, high-energy environment. Items that do not meet both standards are replaced before the event.
